How to export silicone tubing?

In the past, silicone rubber has been employed in specialized applications to fulfill demands that other cannot. With a few rare exceptions where highly specialized and expensive can compare, silicone offer the broadest application temperature range of all rubbers (-120 F to +500 F).

With the exception of a few extremely expensive silicone are the least harmful of all rubbers when used in medical applications because of their chemical makeup.Silicone parts created with straightforward formulas exhibited no negative effects in tests.

Why use silicone hose ?

Under harsh temperature and climatic conditions, silicone rubber hoses perform remarkably well. Standard and customized silicone hoses last far longer than EPDM and conventional organic rubber materials. In comparison to bent metal tubes, silicone hose is more affordable, which is another benefit of using it. Last but not least, increased heat production is a result of the trend toward stricter emission regulations. Silicone is up to the task and becoming a more popular option among design engineers.

High temperature resistance

When reinforced with aramid or Nomex fabric, silicone hoses routinely outperform organic (black rubber or EPDM) hoses at high temperatures between 350° and 500°F. The silicone hose will maintain good tensile strength, elongation, and tear & abrasion resistance even under harsh situations.

Low temperature flexibility

The dynamic elasticity of silicone hose can be maintained down .

 Water resistance

Water resistance is one of silicone rubber’s best qualities. It has a very low water absorption rate, and even after prolonged immersion, its mechanical qualities barely alter.
